Clearing Your Limiting Beliefs

"Whatever you do, you must remain nimble in your thinking. Do not become so attached to any one belief that you cannot see past it to another possibility". Christopher Paolini
"Knowing what our beliefs are requires confronting ourselves, our fears, and our resistance to change. Once we know what our real beliefs are, we can allow them to evolve and change if they do not serve us". Pat B Allan

WHAT IS YOUR BELIEF SYSTEM
Your belief system is the actual set of precepts from which you live your daily life, those which govern your thoughts, words and actions. They are the conscious and subconscious precepts that you believe are true that you order your world by. Beliefs are not facts. They are usually an emotional response to a situation or circumstance that has previously happened to us, or the acceptance by us of someone else's opinion (whether true or false), that we have taken on board as our own. It may be a fact that you once lost three games of tennis in a row, but it is a belief that you are useless at tennis. The first is a fact, the second a belief. We also take on board the beliefs of our parents, our family, regional, national or organizational culture.
We have huge numbers of limiting beliefs and live our lives as though they were true without recognizing that we are doing that. They limit who we can be, what we can do, who we can become. Examples of self limiting beliefs are:
* I always get laughed at
* I will never have nice friends
* I will always be short of money
* I should always be careful around men
* People won't like me if I be myself
BELIEF CLEARING SESSION
In this session we identify the beliefs you have about yourself, situations, others that you want to change. Using charts of Core Negative Beliefs, Despair Anchors and Idea Resistors, Saboteurs and using muscle testing, we identify what needs shifting and replacing with new truth. If there are trapped emotions associated with those core beliefs we can clear those too. When this has been done, we will take some time to help you create some meaningful positive affirmations and actions to reinforce a new truth to replace the old beliefs. It is important to do this in order to rewire the neural pathways in your brain. Your brain does not know right from wrong, it only absorbs data, so it is important to tell it what to believe.
You can add Belief Clearing on to your Emotion Code Session (45-60 mins) or have a standalone Belief Clearing Session (this may be under half an hour). You will receive a free worksheet to help you write your own meaningful, powerful affirmations and truths.
