However, here are some other suggested areas/questions you might like to work on for your Emotion Code sessions.
1. Do I have a trapped emotion that is preventing me from losing weight?
2. Is there a trapped emotion that is causing inflammation in my body?
3. Do I have a trapped emotion that is blocking me from making more money?
4. Is there a trapped emotion that is stopping me from making wise decisions?
5. Is there a trapped emotion that is contributing to my (back, shoulder, knee, etc) pain?
6. Do I have a trapped emotion that is causing me to be (depressed, short-tempered, angry etc)?
7. Do I have a trapped emotion that is interfering with my relationship with my (name the person)?
8. Is there a trapped emotion that is interfering with the achievement of my goals to build a successful business?
9. Is there a trapped emotion that is making it more difficult for me to quit (drinking, smoking, using drugs, alcohol, pornography, etc)?
10. Do I have a trapped emotion about (name a specific event)?
11. Is there a trapped emotion that is preventing me from forgiving (name the person)?
12. Is there a trapped emotion causing me to experience (frustration, disappointment, grief etc)?
